Delivery Information

We will confirm when your order is ready for pick up or when it has been dispatched.

Please do not contact us about collection or delivery until you have received notification from us.

Pick Up or Own Delivery

Pick up is available from our premises in Pukekawa, by arrangement.

You are also welcome to arrange your own delivery. However, if using another carrier, we accept no responsibility for any damages incurred during transit.

North Island Delivery

Delivery is currently only available in the North Island, excluding islands such as Waiheke.

Prices are based on delivery zones and are available for selection at check out.

If you are unsure what delivery zone you are in, contact us for a quote.

Rest of NZ Delivery

Contact us for a quote if you require delivery anywhere else in New Zealand.

Important Information

You are responsible for informing us of any difficult or unusual logistics that may impact delivery, such as remote locations, restricted access, tight or narrow stairs or entry ways. Extra delivery charges may apply in these circumstances.

Items are delivered fully assembled. They are bulky and very heavy, which adds to the delivery cost.

 

Delivery is one man, door-to-door and does not include any installation of furniture, so assistance at the other end is appreciated.

 

It is preferred if someone is available to sign for the goods on delivery. If this is not possible, the goods will be left in a pre-arranged location. The driver will photograph the placement of the goods in that location, and the photographs will be considered to be proof of delivery.

It is your responsibility to check the condition of the goods on delivery. Any issues need to be noted on the delivery docket. Only sign the delivery docket if you are satisfied with the condition of the goods. You have the right to reject the delivery if you are not satisfied, and the goods will be returned to our premises. If no one is available to sign for the goods on delivery, you have 2 days after delivery to advise us of any issues or damage.

Delivery delays are not considered to be a breach of contract, and we are not responsible or liable for any costs or disruption as a result of such delays.
